Dave Bingham Baseball Academy offers year round baseball and softball instruction for all ages in a variety of training programs. A major player in baseball training services, their courses teach important lessons including sportsmanship, broad-based skills development and teamwork. They offer private instruction, small group classes, clinics and camps. Due to problems caused by unorganized scheduling, Bingham Academy needed an athletic management system that would create a new web presence as well as provide efficient resource scheduling and event coordinating for all their business processes.

AllofE’s graphic designers began by producing an attractive front end for the site that reflected the unique image of Bingham Academy. The site was equipped with easy to use dropdown menu structures, instructor profiles, news and upcoming events.
The next task, Phase II of the site implementation, was to allow end users to sign up for private lessons and purchase lesson packages through a user-friendly shopping cart. With the robust design of SchedChek and its modules, AllofE was able to customize the athletic management portion of the scheduling suite and provided account management and order history for end users.
The athletic management module AllofE implemented for Bingham Academy has improved the management of instructor and player availability, service information and game schedules. The application’s calendar functionality made scheduling easy and efficient. Different coaches, teams or players could easily be managed and assigned to various sporting events, clinics and lessons without time conflicts. Providing end users with comprehensive details of the academy’s classes, camps and private lessons, customers were able to easily access information about class availability. Additionally, Bingham Academy’s customers were able to book classes online, look up their order history and pay easily through credit cards.
