Medical & Dental Insurance |
AllofE Solutions offers a comprehensive medical program and prescription drug benefits for certain full-time exempt job positions. The Premier Blue plan, admimisterd by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, provides excellent coverage of benefits with minimum out-of-pocket deductible. Both in-network and non-network care is available. The Dental plan includes preventive, basic, major restorative, and orthodontic dental care. The deductible employee contribution for the plan is deducted from each paycheck through semi-monthly payments automatically.

Disability & Life Insurance |
AllofE offers an elective disability and life insurance plan where the company contributes approximately 75% of the premium while the employee contributes approximately 25% of the premium through payroll deduction. AllofE’s life insurance program covers 100% of annual salary up to $50,000. AllofE’s long term disability insurance program is designed to replace a portion of your income when you cannot work on a full-time basis because of injury or illness. The plan is available to full time employees after 6 months of service.

401K Profit Sharing |
The AllofE Solutions Safe Harbor 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan is available to AllofE employees (at least age 21) after 1 year of service (1000 hours in 12 consecutive months). The plan is composed of three components:
Salary Reduction Contributions – The employee may contribute a percent of their "total" compensation, up to a maximum of $11,000. This contribution is immediately 100% vested.
AllofE Contributions – AllofE Solutions contributes 3% of the employee's salary annually. This contribution is immediately 100% vested.
Profit Sharing – In addition to contributing 3% annually, AllofE Solutions may match a certain percentage of the salary deferral contributions up to a maximum percent of compensation to be announced during the plan year.

Stock Award Plan |
Key employees are eligible to be part of an internal stock plan funded by the company. Stocks vest over a period of time based on a vesting schedule. This is a very significant benefit geared towards wealth creation for high performing employees that have demonstrated constant initiative and dedication. Individual stock awards are a function of years of service, performance and seniority. The amount of funding is based on company's performance and profitability.

Paid Days Off |
AllofE Solutions recognizes an employee’s need to be away from the job and, when possible, provides classified employees with compensation time away through vacation leave, sick leave, and holiday pay.

Vacation Leave |
Vacation leave can be used for vacations and other absences as long as the leave is taken at times mutually acceptable to you and your supervisor. Classified employees accrue vacation leave on a semi-monthly basis from the first day of employment. The earned days of vacation leave are accrued on the basis of years of continuous employment.

Sick Leave |
Classified employees accrue sick leave on a semi-monthly basis at the rate of 3 days per year of continuous employment.

Holidays |
Classified employees receive following paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Day after, Memorial Day, Christmas Day.
