PCG, as a progressive company, recognizes the value of interactive multimedia and has chosen AllofE as its partner for a CD to aid its employee recruiting efforts.
Challenge
- Positively portray PCG’s brand and image through the use of interactivity and multimedia.
- Effectively coordinate the content and presentation to appeal to both recent college graduates and those with years of work experience.
- Expertly integrate video footage within Flash animation to great affect.
Response
AllofE used its expert team of graphic designers and creative technologists and developed a product that fit PCG’s vision. This project was on a tight timeline and AllofE responded by developing the CD within 4 weeks of the initial meeting.
Effects
PCG used the CD in its recruitment process and received excellent feedback in areas of its comprehensiveness and usefulness. The CD provided potential employees with company background and service information while giving them a picture of the company’s unique image and creativity.
