ContentM is an extremely flexible tool for the creation and management of Web sites and intranets. All of ContentM's features are browser-based allowing anytime-anywhere management of site content. Updates are immediate and enhanced security mechanisms allow the delegation of site management throughout your organization.

ContentM automatically generates collection pages from modules with their own filters. For example, a page with brief details of all employees is automatically created with links into the individual employee pages. Filters are available to find employees by name or department. From a comprehensive security structure at both user and group levels to its professional looking and customizable navigation structure to template and module creation, the functionality is endless.

Content Management
WYSIWYG Rich Text Editor		Allows users to update site content without HTML or technical knowledge.  The WYSIWYG interface includes features for creating tables, modifying fonts, applying colors, inserting images, documents, and links, and more.
Navigation Structure		Generates the site's menu based on the menus and submenus that you define.  The infinite level menu structure automatically creates your site's navigation structure and allows you to connect menu items to content pages, documents, collection pages, and outside Web sites.
Templates		Assigns a consistent look and feel across the entire web site and/or web site sections.  The template defines the top and side bars and positions the content on the page.ContentM allows you to define multiple templates for your site and then assign pages to each template.
Personalize Content		Through ContentM's personalization functionality, you can personalize content to individual site user's interests and preferences.  Display personalized welcome messages, manage custom bookmark lists, and allow end users to set preferences for themselves.
System Security
Security Levels		A user's security level determines his or her access to functionality and modules within the system.   You can define an infinite number of security levels.
Access Lists		The access list determines what a user can do to a specific data record.  Some user may only be able to view certain content pages while others can update and delete them.
Tools
Spell Checking		ContentM includes both a spell check to use when updating a content page as well as a site wide spell check.
Validate Links		The validate links feature ensures that your site only contains working links so that site users can always find the information they are looking for.
Search & Replace		For quick site wide updating of tag lines, key employee names, and other information, you can use ContentM's Search and Replace.    This allows you to update page by page, sections of pages, or the entire site.
Plug-Ins
eCommerce		ContentM's eCommerce system integrates an online storefront within your site.  It includes all of the administrative functionality for managing categories, products, catalogs, and orders.
Calendar		AllofE's NetKalendars integrates directly with ContentM to provide corporate or organizational calendar management functionality.  You can then display the calendar with "Public" events on your web site.
Message Boards		The message forum application gives you both email account management and message board administration functionality.
Custom Modules		ContentM allows you to define content modules based on your organization's needs.  These include news management, lecture and presentation series, and home pages for employees, faculty, staff, classes, etc.
