Image Collections
DigitalM's functionality consists of key features specifically tailored to help you organize, maintain and share your image collections. The system stores an unlimited number of images, their associated information and assigned categorization schemes. In addition, you no longer have to worry about the wrong information appearing in your collection. With DigitalM's Approval Workflow process, you can approve image content prior to its inclusion.
Image Views
The image viewer and light table allow you to quickly open one or multiple images for zooming and comparison capabilities. View every detail of your collection with the advanced zoom, quick zoom and auto arrangement functions of the Image Viewer. Once the images are in the system, you can create customized groupings of your collection items for presentations, photo albums and lectures. Your visual archives in various humanities and sciences fields--art, architecture, geography, history, biology--will become a sophisticated collection in which you can manage, access and use via the Internet.
