Applicant Tracking

Applicant Tracking is a web based tool for collecting and reviewing job applications online. The system allows applicants and HR professionals to access applications anytime and from anywhere. The applications included on the system are custom-built by AllofE for each client that implements Applicant Tracking. The system allows applicants to log in and submit an application, and administrators to review and filter applications in a number of different ways.

Applicant Tracking's database centered structure allows you to keep as many or as few applications and application submission records as necessary for your future use and reference.

You can maintain your existing application form structure and decision-making criteria while making the whole process more efficient by putting it online.

 Integration
With Applicant Tracking, you have lots of options for importing and exporting data. Application forms can be customized to include one or more documents, such as a resume or transcript, uploaded by the applicant in addition to the form they fill out online. Any or all submissions can easily be downloaded to an Excel file on your computer so that you can review them offline or send them to someone else.
