FormXen

FormXen is a web form generating tool that provides a simple, user friendly interface to create online surveys, feedback forms, job applications, event registrations, and more.  Data results are tabulated and summarized in both graphical and spreadsheet formats.  Users can then quickly export the results directly to their computer.

Whether you represent a school district or a corporation, the efficient information management and paperless responses provided by FormXen will ensure that you get the feedback and results quickly and easily.

 Integration
FormXen's web based infrastructure provides you with a user friendly tool to post forms directly to your web site or intranet or even email them to user groups.  It also integrates directly with AllofE's other systems such as online message boards and web content management tools.

 Reporting and Exporting
In addition to allowing you to custom-build your own forms, FormXen includes a custom reporting module with filters and data displays defined per survey or form.  The data can then be exported in spreadsheet format to use in other applications.
