 Room Management
     
Building Management Manages regions, buildings, building sections, floors and rooms with room layouts, capacities, and features.  This allows you to perform advanced searches to find locations that meet your scheduling needs.
     
Layouts and Capacities Defines the available room layouts such as conference, banquet, classroom and the associated capacity for the layout.

Reservation Reports Generate comprehensive reservation reports for a day or a date range to show when an asset is scheduled, what supplies have been requested, and the total cost for the reservation.

Automated Requesting Submits reservation requests directly from your web site or intranet.
     
Automated Notification Automatically e-mails reservation requests to the person in charge of the room, equipment or supplies.
     
Overbooking Checks Automatic checks for overbooking of rooms and equipment. Prompt notification when overbooking occurs.
     
Overbooking Override Ability to override duplicate booking when necessary.
     
 User Management and Security
     
 User Levels Defines the functionality available to a particular user.  Administrative users, for example, would have access to manage room information while reservation schedulers would just have access to availability and reservations.
     
 Data Management Assign access to individual rooms, equipment and supply management on a per user or department basis.
