AllofE Solutions (www.allofe.com), an R&D firm focused on cutting-edge software solutions for academic institutions and large corporations, is seeking candidates for Web based Multimedia Development positions.
AllofE is seeking to hire Web Designers with a Technical background along with creative interest in the area of and Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding and high quality Interactive Multimedia solutions.
The Web Design Assistant position starts as a part-time position requiring 20-40 hours per week and then has the potential to grow to a full-time status based on performance.
Candidates will participate in a very wide range of activities such as designing and developing dynamic Web sites, Business technology solutions Site Implementation projects, Content Management, Product Marketing & Packaging, Graphic Design aspects and developing eTools for related functions. Candidates will work on new ideas as well as enhance, test and maintain existing web sites and marketing material.

Requirements:
Fully completed, finishing (in 2010) or working towards a degree in:
- Computer Sciences
- Information Science
- Fine Arts
- Business
- Journalism
- Communication Studies
- Or related degree
Candidate MUST possess the following characteristics:
- Proficient using Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of html and web site design
- Fast learner
- Ability to take on individual responsibilities and show initiative
- Ability to manage work with minimal guidance
- Listens attentively and actively
- Dynamic, goal-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good work ethic, time management and be able to meet work goals
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
+ A degree in Computer Science or a junior/senior level student with a GPA of 3.0 and above in C.S major
+ Relevant Web Development Experience and Background
+ Be a Fast Learner
+ Aptitude to learn and understand technical software products
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Good work ethic, time management and meeting work goals
+ U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident visa required
