A SUCCESS STORY - WILLIAM JEWELL COLLEGE William Jewell College, founded in 1849, has shown great achievement in the education of liberal arts. In 2001, Jewell was recognized as the "Liberal Arts College of the Year" by TIME Magazine. Jewell is located only 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City, perched above the historic town of Liberty, Missouri. Alumni are among the most accomplished citizens in the world, and are regularly profiled in the College’s award-winning quarterly magazine. Jewell’s websites serve as a portal to connect the college with potential and existing students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Jewell needed a system that could efficiently and effectively manage their web content for multiple sites, alumni information, calendars and web forms under one solution umbrella. Due to our existing success in the area of content management for other large academic institutions, William Jewell chose AllofE to develop and implement an enterprise level solution to manage all of their web based content.

William Jewell selected AllofE’s ContentM which eliminates IT bottlenecks by empowering non-technical content creators and other users with the ability to update site content. Through the Rich Text Editor interface, users of any technical level can manage web content allowing an organization to disperse content management responsibility throughout it's departments.
Alumni Management
William Jewell selected AllofE's Alumni Management System to track alumni information and information change requests, manage email distributions, and generate newsletters. The system connects directly to their web content management system providing alumni with a web portal where they can register, update their contact information and search for other alumni.
FormXen
The college also chose AllofE's Forms Management Solution for creating web based forms and surveys. From generating research and feedback to tracking information requests and event sign-ups, FormXen provides you with a user friendly tool to develop, publish, and post online forms and surveys. Once you have published your forms, the application does the rest by tracking and summarizing responses and results as well as generating customized reports and exporting data.
NetKalendars
AllofE also integrated the NetKalendars system with William Jewell's web site. The system allows administrators to effortlessly create online calendars either as a stand-alone application or as an integral part of their existing website.
