| Applicant tracking centralizes all applicant information into one location and gives administrators a web based interface to manage, review and track job applicants through the application process. It provides user friendly filters and application updating tools that make the review process quick and simple. |

Application Management: The application management interface allows administrators to update job candidate applications and fill out administrative only sections of the application.

Response Documents: So that all applications can be managed from one location, applicant tracking includes functionality to upload candidate applications that were sent in paper format (ie. not completed through the system). You can also attach other documents that need to be completed during the application process.

Process Tracking: The system supports a customizable process tracking module that sends an applicant through an approval, review, interview and/or other internal processes. This is customized to match your existing internal processes.

| Applicant Tracking provides several options for viewing and filtering your applicant pool. It includes comprehensive reporting functionality for your applications with custom reports designed using the filter criteria you specify. You can also export all the submissions of an application to an Excel document on your machine for review and comparison later. |

Customized Reports: AllofE can create one or more customized reports to help you view your submissions more efficiently. You can pick any questions from an application form, and we will build a report that searches the submissions according to the applicant's response to that question. Results can then be printed or exported.

|
Data Exporting: For each application on your system you can either view individual submissions, or you can click the Export button and download all of the submissions to your machine for later review offline. You can use this feature to view applicant information in spreadsheet or document format and send it to others for review.
