Example Training Material: The example training material gets you started on defining a training solution that is right for you. Once the training material is selected, AllofE provides example questions and test formats to select for the testing part of the process.

Customizing the Content: In addition to customizing the training material, AllofE can customize the entire training process. Whether you want employees to download training material or access a complete training web site, HIPAA eTrainer supports it.

Access to Material: A key benefit of the system is that employees can access the training material anytime and from anywhere. They can use it for training before the test as well as review after the test.

| Getting Certified |

| HIPAA eTrainer makes the certification process quick and simple. Employees log into the system and follow a step-by-step process to review training material and take the test. |

Review the Material: From the application's home screen, employees can access training documents, presentations and/or training sites.
|
|
| |
|
Take the Test: Once the employee has reviewed the material, they can take the test through a user-friendly point-and-click interface. The system automatically grades the test and gives them immediate results.

|
Print the Certificate: AllofE customizes letters and certificates of completion for each organization. The system also has the ability to send an email to a compliance administrator when an employee has completed the test.

| Reviews and Retakes |

| The system can be configured to define the minimum score required for certification as well as the number of times an employee can retake the test. |

Customizing the Process: The entire testing process is customizable including the number of questions per page, the time frame that the test is available for a group of employees and more.

Test Configuration: Tests can be configured based on user groups. An organization can administer one test to physicians and another to hospital administration and support.

| Security and Permissions |

| HIPAA eTrainer includes a robust security structure based on levels and permissions, and AllofE will work with you to configure the permissions in your system to reflect the structure of your organization. As well as customized levels and user groups, individual permissions can be assigned based on users that need access to administrative features such as reporting. |

Levels: AllofE will customize your security structure to fit with your organization. Users will all be assigned a user level, and each level will have permissions set for which functionality that type of user can access.

|
Administrative Use Only: Some features of the system would be designated as Administrative Use Only. An example of this would be reporting. Only administrators that log into the system would have access to generate reports.
