MANAGE. Inservice is a comprehensive web-based staff development application designed to track and manage all staff development activities and funds throughout a school District. Inservice gives district administrators complete control over the complete workflow process of every staff development activity from event management to funds approval to certification requirements. Create district wide events tied to specific Comprehensive School Improvement Plans (CSIP), enroll teachers, and delegate High Quality Professional Development (HQPD) certification credits and hours as well. All of which can be tailored to meet a wide range of goals and requirements from specific state goals and budget limitations to personalized teacher development plans.
PROCESS. Inservice makes management of your district’s Staff Development activities easy through a streamlined interface that separates out functionality based on the need of the user. Teachers are able to plan and manage personal goals, access certification materials, and stay aware of individual High Quality Professional Development progress through the monitoring of individual credits and hours. Administrators, on the other hand, will have access to a wider functionality such as the ability to manage teacher account information, manage event creation and enrollment, and create district and conference specific goals that correlate to CSIP goals. CONTROL. Administrators and teachers alike can stay informed of the progress of various requests through Inservice's comprehensive workflow management system. Teachers can easily make absence requests, substitute teacher requests as well as funding and reimbursement requests while Administrators stay aware of such requests and maintain the control of whether or not to approve or reject such requests.
