An organization can define the number and types of calendars it needs. AllofE then customizes the look and feel of the calendars to match the organization's web site or intranet.
SCHEDULE. From one centralized system, users can schedule and manage events for one or more calendars. The intuitive scheduling interface allows a user to quickly and easily create events that occur daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, every X number of days, etc.
TRACK. The web based application allows organizations to connect the calendars directly to their web site or intranet. End users can then view and search for events. NetKalendars provides multiple types of event views to cater to various end user preferences. Events are available in list, calendar weekly, and calendar monthly views. The system also allows end users to search for events based on multiple criteria that can be customized based on an organization's specific needs.
