The Opportunity:
AllofE Solutions is seeking Sales Professionals with experience selling software to K-12 School Districts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing revenue streams by generating new customer buying accounts. Your focus is on driving net-new business. Candidates must clearly demonstrate good communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and individual responsibility while working very closely with others in an interactive team environment.
The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will lie in the areas of business development, sales, sales support and marketing of cutting edge eBusiness products and services to the educational market consisting of K-12 school districts and private schools.
+ Customer contact and support services.
+ Identify and generate new business opportunities for AllofE’s products and service.
+ Identify strong marketing strategies to reach the target audience
+ Present products and services to potential clients through telephone consultations and web based demonstrations
+ Sell Enterprise Solutions and Professional Consulting Services to Academic organizations
+ Manage sales cycle from lead generation to presentations to C-Level executives
+ Cold call strategy and execution
+ Define and build pipeline of potential business
+ Consultative Problem Solving to Build Value through customized products and services
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a very strong sales management background and experience selling technology solutions to the K-12 academic sector. Candidates must clearly demonstrate the ability to take initiative and individual responsibility while working in a fast-paced team environment.
Required qualifications include:
+ Software sales experience with K-12 school districts and/or private schools.
+ Understanding of computers and software technology. Show aptitude to learn and understand technical software products.
+ Proven experience in identifying specific opportunities within the enterprise. Knowledge of strategic/large account sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, return on investment, analysis etc.
+ Experience working with and prospecting senior leadership (Superintendents) within districts.
+ Cold calling experience / ability
+ Outstanding communication, organizational, time management and presentation skills
+ Ability to build and maintain client relationships
+ College Degree or Associate Degree
+ Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
+ Ability to sell technology solutions at multiple levels especially "C-level" executives
+ Demonstrate strong customer service orientation

Candidate should:
+ Have a proven track record in selling enterprise level software solutions
+ Be fluent in different sales strategies such as consultative selling
+ Have experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties, keeping clients, superiors and peers updated based on their information needs
+ Can encourage communication by listening attentively and actively, Seeking to fully understand information from many points of view
+ Possess a strong knowledge of information technology outsourcing and system integration
+ Have experience selling direct and through strategic alliances
+ Have consultative selling and closing skills, or the aptitude to learn
