The Opportunity:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for performing marketing and sales activities, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships, including client support when necessary.
AllofE has a very fast-paced environment where the ability to work quickly and multi-task is very important. We primarily serve large organizations (K-12 school districts, universities and major corporations). The systems that we implement run entire organizations or impact major business areas.
You will work in small teams but you must have the ability to work independently and take initiative. You will have an opportunity to work:

- in different sectors (academic and corporate) solving a multitude of business issues
- on marketing leading edge systems and enterprise software
Necessary Job Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have a passion for complex web-based systems
- Ability to navigate, understand, and explain enterprise-level software
- Must have the confidence to interact effectively with senior level executives
- Understand the art of writing the perfect email and apply it to all communication
- Consultative sales experience and ability to forge strong relationships
Responsibilities
- Manage client expectations, communicate updates and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify new revenue opportunities in existing clients and new markets for existing products
Qualifications
- Senior status or a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or public relations
Experience
- Candidates must have knowledge of social media tools and understand all forms of social media interactions
- Graphic design knowledge will be considered a plus
- Experience within the K-12 or Higher Ed sector will be considered a plus
- Software marketing and sales experience will be considered a plus
