RMtraK
RMtraK gives organizations the ability not only to map out their buildings and rooms, but also to manage reservations for classes, meetings, conferences, etc. Through Availability Searches, users are able to find particular room availability based on room attributes, start and end date times, regions and buildings. Color-coded floor maps provide easy access to room scheduling and availability. The automated system features will rid you of paper calendars and spreadsheets simplifying the scheduling process.
RCtraK
RCtraK allows for the storage and tracking of all training and class facilities and services with their associated instructors and capacities. The e-Commerce module in the system allows users to signup for classes, training, and camps and pay online. The system automatically tracks capacities and prevents overbooking. The advanced planning features allows administrative users to schedule available classes, lessons or clinics based on requirements such as capacity, dates, age, location and skill.
