After approving or rejecting a form, you have a chance to enter a comment to go with your decision. The teacher who submitted the form will be able to read your comment next time (s)he logs in.

If you only want to look at requests that require your approval, you can go to Requests -> Pending Approval on the top menu. You can directly approve or reject each request using the links in the listing.

To see more information about a request, select it and click the View History button.
|

Your Pending Activities listing will show all the requests you've made that are currently in progress, and is displayed under the Getting Started links on your lobby page.

If you have a form that needs to be submitted, it will be displayed as a link in your Pending Activities listing under "Actions."

Use the icons in the upper right section of the applications interface to quickly access the lobby, my info, and other functionality.

Right click on a data listing to quickly access the actions that can be performed on the selected row.

If a button below a data listing contains the notation [M] then that action can be performed on more than one row at a time. Click the checkboxes next to the rows and press the desired button.

Make sure your Caps Lock is not set when typing your user name and password. They are case sensitive.

To protect your information and settings, it's best to log out and close your browser when you are done using an application.

When creating a password you should use both letters and numbers to assure privacy.

You should never share your password.
|

Make sure you pick a unique password, which cannot be easily guessed.

Your password should not be the same as your login name.

Using multiple user levels gives you more control over access to your system.

To change your screen size, right click on your desktop and select properties. Select the settings tab. There is a slider called ‘Screen Area’ on the lower right. Move that up or down.
