Use the arrow icons in calendar view to switch to the next month or the prior month.

Use the Select Calendars tool on the right-hand side of the control panel above the calendar to pick which calendars you want to view events from.

Use Calendar View for wider-range, less detailed planning; use List View for immediate and more detailed planning.

If you are looking at a lot of calendar data, you can use the Search functionality to filter out information you are not interested in, or if you are looking at multiple calendars, you can use the Select Calendars tool to hide some of them.

| Scheduling Tips |

If your plans change and an event needs to be rescheduled, all you need to do is go to the event form and type in the new date and time in the correct fields.
|

You can set recurrence on events by going to the Recurrence tab in the event form, and selecting what type of recurrence you want. If you don't see anything that fits your needs, select Custom recurrence, and enter the dates when you want the event to recur.

To share an event with all other users, go to edit the event and select the 'Public' check box. All users will be able to view the event.

You can schedule an event within a group calendar, such as a department calendar, in order to share the event with everyone that has access to that calendar.

Make sure your Caps Lock is not set when typing your user name and password. They are case sensitive.

To protect your information and settings, it's best to log out and close your browser when you are done using an application.

When creating a password you should use both letters and numbers to assure privacy.

You should never share your password.
|

Make sure you pick a unique password, which cannot be easily guessed.

Your password should not be the same as your login name.

Using multiple user levels gives you more control over access to your system.

To change your screen size, right click on your desktop and select properties. Select the settings tab. There is a slider called ‘Screen Area’ on the lower right. Move that up or down.
