If an application is not visible to applicants, it may be unpublished. Look at the Application Listing and check whether the application is listed as "In Progress." It can be published by selecting it and clicking the "Publish" button.
The Attach Submission Extras feature is useful when the applicant has sent a cover letter, resume, or other pertinent document separately from the application.
To select more than one submission at a time, check the boxes to the left of each submission you want to select. You can either export or delete multiple submissions at once this way.

The filter at the top of the submission listing can be used to find specific application submissions or look at only submissions that fit certain criteria.
To save applications that may be useful later, or send them to someone else to look at, you can export submissions to an Excel file on your hard drive. You can do this either with individual submissions, or with all the submissions of a particular form.
