| Test Taking Tips |

Once you have taken the test and it is automatically graded the system will provide you with the questions that were not answered correctly along with a link to the related material. You can review the material before retaking the test.

If you are not able to complete the entire test at one sitting, the system will save the information for you to complete it at a later time.

Right click on a data listing to quickly access the actions that can be performed on the selected row.

If a button below a data listing contains the notation [M] then that action can be performed on more than one row at a time. Click the check boxes next to the rows and press the desired button.

Make sure your Caps Lock is not set when typing your user name and password. They are case sensitive.

To protect your information and settings, it's best to log out and close your browser when you are done using an application.

When creating a password you should use both letters and numbers to assure privacy.

To change your screen size, right click on your desktop and select properties. Select the settings tab. There is a slider called ‘Screen Area’ on the lower right. Move that up or down.
