Use the icons in the upper right section of the application's interface to quickly access the site home, lobby, my info, and other functionality.

Right click on a data listing to quickly access the actions that can be performed on the selected row.

If a button below a data listing contains the notation [M] then that action can be performed on more than one row at a time. Click the checkboxes next to the rows and press the desired button.

If you are looking at a listing with a lot of data, you can use the filter at the top of the page to narrow down your search.

| Content Editing Tips |

When pasting content from Word, use the Paste from Word button in the text editor to convert the content to html and remove unwanted elements caused by Word.

To paste in content without any formatting, use the Paste as Text button in the text editor.
|

|
To double check your changes to a new page, use two windows. One window is open to the editor, and the other is open to the page you are changing. Use the 'Save and Continue' button on the editor page and refresh the window page to see the results of your changes. Then go back to the editor window to make any necessary changes.

To share a page, site, module, etc., with other users, select the record(s) and click the Permissions button to grant access.

When setting permissions, you can click the check box located to the left of a user’s name in the listing to give that user all available permissions on the item, or you can click the check box located above the name of the permission to give all users that permission.

Make sure your Caps Lock is not set when typing your user name and password. They are case sensitive.

To protect your information and settings, it's best to log out and close your browser when you are done using an application.

When creating a password you should use both letters and numbers to assure privacy.

You should never share your password.

Make sure you pick a unique password, which cannot be easily guessed.

Your password should not be the same as your login name.

Using multiple user levels gives you more control over access to your system.

To change your screen size, right click on your desktop and select properties. Select the settings tab. There is a slider called ‘Screen Area’ on the lower right. Move that up or down.
