To select more than one response at a time, check the boxes to the left of each response. You can delete multiple responses at once this way, or export them to the same spreadsheet file on your computer.

To view attachments to a form that has been submitted go to the Response Listing, select the response, then click the Response Extras button.
|

If a form is not visible from your site, it may be because it is unpublished. Look at the Form Listing and check whether the form is listed as "In Progress." You can publish it by selecting it and clicking the "Publish" button.

| Content Editing Tips |

When pasting content from Word, use the Paste from Word button in the text editor to convert the content to html and remove unwanted elements caused by Word.

To paste in content without any formatting, use the Paste as Text button in the text editor.
|
 |

|
To double check your changes to a new page, use two windows. One window is open to the editor, and the other is open to the page you are changing. Use the 'Save and Continue' button on the editor page and refresh the window page to see the results of your changes. Then go back to the editor window to make any necessary changes.

| Response Management Tips |

The filter at the top of the Response Listing can be used to find specific responses or look at only responses that fit certain criteria.
|

To save responses that may be useful later, or send them to someone else to look at, you can export them to an Excel file on your hard drive. You can do this either with individual responses, or with all the responses to a particular form.

Right click on a data listing to quickly access the actions that can be performed on the selected row.

If a button below a data listing contains the notation [M] then that action can be performed on more than one row at a time. Click the check boxes next to the rows and press the desired button.

Make sure your Caps Lock is not set when typing your user name and password. They are case sensitive.

To protect your information and settings, it's best to log out and close your browser when you are done using an application.

When creating a password you should use both letters and numbers to assure privacy.

You should never share your password.
|

Make sure you pick a unique password, which cannot be easily guessed.

Your password should not be the same as your login name.

Using multiple user levels gives you more control over access to your system.

To change your screen size, right click on your desktop and select properties. Select the settings tab. There is a slider called ‘Screen Area’ on the lower right. Move that up or down.
