When using Advanced Search, you can either type in a date or use phrases such as last week, last month, or today for the From Date or To Date boxes.

Since every system has several different categories of lesson plans for different grade levels, etc., there will be a Category drop-down which will let you search by category and even enter category-specific criteria.

|
Calendar view shows the entire date range you searched in, so if you searched in a wide range of dates and your result looks like a blank calendar, scroll down to see if there are any results on later dates.

Go to the Recurrence tab when creating or updating a lesson plan to customize recurrence dates.
|

To reschedule a plan on a different date, simply edit the plan and enter the date you would like to reschedule for in the Date text box.

There are two views in Lesson Plan Book - a calendar view and a list or daily-planner type view. You can switch between them by clicking 'Calendar View' or 'List View' on the control panel at the top of the application.

To share a lesson plan, click the Permissions link below the lesson plan listing. If you can't see the link, click on the calendar on the day the lesson is scheduled, and then on the lesson plan title.

Today's date in Calendar View will always be highlighted so it is easy to spot as soon as you log in.

Make sure your Caps Lock is not set when typing your user name and password. They are case sensitive.

To protect your information and settings, it's best to log out and close your browser when you are done using an application.

When creating a password you should use both letters and numbers to assure privacy.

You should never share your password.
|

Make sure you pick a unique password, which cannot be easily guessed.

Your password should not be the same as your login name.

Using multiple user levels gives you more control over access to your system.

To change your screen size, right click on your desktop and select properties. Select the settings tab. There is a slider called ‘Screen Area’ on the lower right. Move that up or down.
