In the building listing, what is the Sections button for?
     
  The Sections configuration tool allows you to store detailed floor, section, and room information about each building including layout, capacity, and much more.
 
What is the Floor Viewer and how do I use it?
     
  The Floor Viewer shows you the layout of all the rooms on a given floor of a given building. Use the select boxes at the top to pick a date range, then click on one of the rooms to view a list of the events scheduled in that room during the period you selected.
 
What if I only want a few users to be able to see the event I scheduled?
     
  You can set permissions on the event that allows only the users you want to see it. Availability search results are displayed in such a way that all any other user will be able to tell is that they cannot schedule an event of their own for that date, time, and place.
 
I received a Session Timed out message.  What does that mean?
     
  After a period of inactivity, the system will automatically log you out.  Simply return to the login page and log back in.
 
I am not able to login with the username and password given to me. Why?
     
  Make sure you do not have the Caps Lock set.  Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.  If you still cannot login, contact your system administrator to reset your password. 
 
Does AllofE provide tech support if I need it?
     
  While AllofE prides itself on developing intuitive products that are designed for users to quickly pick up and learn themselves, if you should require formal support, then AllofE is happy to comply. We provide a robust staff development system(trainer-of-trainer model, printed training materials, online help, etc) as well as telephone support and face-to face support as needed.
 
I created an event but I don’t remember how to get back to it. How can I find it again?
     
  SchedCheK's advanced search functionality allows you to search throughout your calendar for events. Simply enter some criteria that you know fits with your event, or enter a date range, then click 'Search.'
 
How do I change my screen size?
     
  To change your screen size right click on your desktop and select properties. Select the settings tab. There is a slider on the lower right. Move that up or down.
 
What is a user level?
     
  When an administrator creates a user they select which “levels” a user is in. These levels provide default access to the system. For instance, there are two levels one called teacher and one called student. Teachers have the ability to create lesson plans, whereas students do not.
 
Why did I get to a page that says 'Access Denied'?
     
  Your session has expired. A session is only good for 2 hours, after that you will have to re-login. This is a built-in security measure to mitigate the risk of someone leaving their computer logged in. Try logging in again and going to that page.
