PRODUCT FEATURES

How SchedCheK Works

SchedCheK is a highly flexible suite of applications for effective room, asset, and e-Commerce event management. With the SchedCheK scheduling suite, both RMtraK and RCtraK offer various industries a range of advanced features for managing room/class availability, floor maps and instructor profiles. The suite functions as an extensive resource management tool to maintain all room, class, event and calendar scheduling.

Location Management

RMtraK gives organizations the ability not only to map out their buildings and rooms, but also to manage reservations for classes, meetings, conferences, etc.  Through Availability Searches, users are able to find particular room availability based on room attributes, start and end date times, regions and buildings.

Locations: Manage and track facilities, services and resources by regions, buildings, floors and rooms for camps, clinics, private lessons, classes, meetings, conferences and more.

Resources and Layouts: Track locations based on specific resources and attributes such as available audio/visual and other technology related equipment, or manage some resources independent of location.  Manage multiple layouts for each location with its associated capacity.

Rooms: Map and track rooms based on region, building, section and floor.  Store extensive information about each room such as capacities, attributes and images.

Availability Searching and Checking

Allow users to search available locations, rooms, or resources based on a variety of criteria. Display search results that are instantly understandable. Automatically prevent overbooking by checking each room's capacity.

Availability Searches: Multiple availability searches that allow users to search based on date range, locations, and attributes.

Floor Viewer: Graphical floor viewer color codes each room based on it's booking status:  completely booked, partially booked, available.

Overbooking Checks: System automatically checks for overbooking of event registrations, rooms and equipment.

Room and Resource Scheduling

RMtraK comes with a complete integrated calendar system, allowing quick and simple online scheduling and reservation. The automated system features will rid you of paper calendars and spreadsheets, simplifying the scheduling process.

Recurrence: Easily schedule events that span multiple days or recur frequently.  Select from daily, weekly, interval, week days only, yearly, custom and other recurrence schemes.

Event Types: Track multiple event types such as room scheduling, equipment and supply scheduling, class and conference registrations and general calendar events.

Views: The calendar offers multiple views for browsing, searching, and printing calendar events.  Display weekly and monthly calendars in calendar view or list view.  Select color coding schemes to display different types of events.

User Management and System Security

SchedCheK is equipped with a comprehensive security structure, assuring that your room reservation and scheduling records are only being accessed by those who should be accessing them. With a system based around permissions, you have complete control over the organization and access rights of all the users in your system.

Security Levels: A user's security level determines his or her access to functionality and modules within the system. Any number of users can be assigned to the same level, and you can define an infinite number of uniquely configured security levels.

Access Lists: The access list determines what a user can do to a specific data record.  Some users may only be able to view certain locations while others can update and delete them.
