If a button below a data listing contains the notation [M] then that action can be performed on more than one row at a time. Click the check boxes next to the rows and press the desired button.

Searching Tips

To narrow your search, remember to select the dates you want the room to be available for.

Equipment such as phone jacks, ceiling-mounted projectors, computers, etc., that is part of the room, can be included in your search. Just check the boxes for the equipment you want in the "Room Attributes" section.

Scheduling Tips

When using the calendar you can switch between a more detailed list view and a calendar view with shorter summaries of each event.

You can make events public, so all users on your site can see them, or keep them private, so only logged-in users with the right permissions will be able to access them.

Logging In

Make sure your Caps Lock is not set when typing your user name and password. They are case sensitive.

To protect your information and settings, it's best to log out and close your browser when you are done using an application.

Security

When creating a password you should use both letters and numbers to assure privacy.

You should never share your password.

Make sure you pick a unique password, which cannot be easily guessed.

Your password should not be the same as your login name.

Using multiple user levels gives you more control over access to your system.

General Tips

To change your screen size, right click on your desktop and select properties. Select the settings tab. There is a slider called ‘Screen Area’ on the lower right. Move that up or down.
